I loved everything about this place. After a two-week long road trip around Sicily, this place was an oasis of calm relaxation. The location was great, and we could walk to the main shops and restaurants in just a few minutes. The room itself was immaculate, modern, and relaxing. The garden and breakfast areas were serene. The staff were helpful and courteous. I wholehearted recommend this place and would love to return if my travels take me back to Cefalù. Even the parking was great and I felt that my motorcyle was safe and secure in their gated parking area.

Everything was perfect! It was the nicest hotel we had on our trip through Sicily. The villa with its garden, pool and room (huge shower!) was very nice. The personnel was amazing and we had a great stay. Hopefully will be back soon. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is, like the photos show, beautiful and new and very stylish. But what makes this place absolutely exceptional is the staff and the service. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and garden are just gorgeous. And the breakfast, lunches at the pool and drinks are well made and delicious. But again, it’s the incredible people working there that make it superb. Frederico the manager is super professional and helpful with everything from giving a lift to town to telling about local wines or recommendations to restaurants and beaches.

Absolutely lovely stay at Villa Totò. Service from the team was spot on, offering breakfast each morning, shuttle runs to and from the main city (which was crucial getting back up to top of mountain as we didn’t have a car!). Restaurant recommendations were fantastic as well - couldn’t have asked for better. Highlight was of course the incredible pool with panoramic views of Cefalù and pool bar offering both food and drinks. Definitely would go back to Villa Totò.

We had an absolutely incredible honeymoon stay at this hotel! The hotel itself was stunning, and the pool area was nothing short of amazing. We spent hours lounging by the pool, enjoying the luxurious surroundings. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious alternatives that left us satisfied each morning. The attention to detail and quality of the food exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The staff was extremely welcoming, each member took very good care of us. The resort is located a bit higher compared to the rest of the town so it gives a great view of the surrounding. The pool is absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed the food too, the breakfast with a good variety of products and the pool-side service. A big plus is the Ape Calessino that brings guests up and down Cefalu.

We would love to come back and stay here! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Nothing was too much for them and their attention to detail was outstanding. They were happy to give us a ride to and from town/the beach whenever we requested it. The manager, Federico, was happy to give us so many tips on where to go, eat and drink in Cefalu.

The BEST hotel experience in Sicily!! Mark was incredible helpful in many ways as well as super welcoming! If u drive, this is the prefect location: the road is easy to access also has a parking! It’s walkable to the old town and beach. The best decision I made in Sicily 2 weeks.

Beautiful villa with an amazing view. Everything was perfect. It is situated on the top of a mountain, you can go up by car or by taxi but we walked every time and it was not a problem. You need to burn those calories from the amazing meals at the town centre anyway. It's very quiet and the pool with the bar is so cool, that you don't even want to go to the noisy beach. The staff is really nice as well.

We were ment to stay only one day, but could not leave this absolute paradise! So we ended up staying 8 nights and we are definitely coming back. The premises is tucked away from the hustle and bustle in town with beautiful olive and citrus trees and an amazing infinity pool. The pool deck, floaties and chairs are so comfortable and the space never crowded so we almost did not see the need to go anywhere else. Town just a quick walk away with really good restaurants and a pretty beach. The pool bar is amazing and serves up daily specials with freshly caught fish from the area and many other options. The drinks are super fresh and there is good selection and fairly priced yummy sicilian wines. Breakfast really good with loads of options and the rooms super clean. Compliments to Domenica! Yes the facilities and the whole area is undeniably perfect, but what really made our stay so extra ordinary was the staff! They go above and beyond at any time to make sure you are taken care of. Marco is a real star and anyone who get to meet this incredible guy is lucky. Federico, the manager and Vincenzo the owner are also super friendly and the whole staff makes you feel at home. To us this did not only feel like a hotel, but our home away from home.

It is the ideal place for those who want to relax, from the kindness of the staff ready to meet your every need to the beauty of the resort equipped with everything: a swimming pool surrounded by greenery, the presence of a bar where you can have lunch and an aperitif, rooms with attention to detail and breakfast with excellent products. I absolutely recommend it!
